Downstairs was a fantastic Richard Serra that had a very sensitive presence. It felt both massive and fragile as I stood in one fold, only to realize there were people just 2" away through the cor-ten steel.
LACMA
Recently we stopped to see a couple shows at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. They had an amazing room of the size of an football field with Warhol, Koons, and Baldessari work on display together. They also had this Rauschenberg painting, which is his most well known work (it was poorly lit on the late afternoon we were there).
